Current Architecture Job Openings
At N Square Architects & Developers, people don’t grow through titles. They grow through work.
The kind of work where drawings turn into sites, decisions have consequences, and details matter.
We handle residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and the studio stays closely involved from planning to execution. That means the work is real, sometimes demanding, and always practical. If you’re looking for a place where you can actually learn how buildings come together – not just how they look on screen – you’ll feel at home here.
Hiring open for below roles:
Architect (Junior / Senior)
This role involves working across layouts, drawings, coordination and execution support. Here, you’ll be expected to think beyond blueprints and understand how decisions work on site. Senior roles require the ability to handle parts of a project independently. Junior roles are for those ready to learn through hands-on involvement.
Interior Designer
Interior designers at N Square work closely with architecture, not separately from it. The role includes layout planning, material selection, detailing, and coordination during execution. A practical approach matters more than surface styling. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for your design decisions.
Architectural Draftsperson
This role focuses on drawings that are clear, accurate and usable on site. You’ll work closely with our senior architects to develop precise drawings, which would require detailing and coordination sets plus skills. Precision, discipline, and consistency are key essentials for this role. If you enjoy getting drawings right, this role matters more than it sounds.
Site Coordination Executive
This is a hands-on role for people comfortable on site. You’ll coordinate with contractors, handle drawing clarifications, track progress, and ensure work follows the design intent. It suits someone who understands that good execution is as important as good design.
Project / Design Assistant
This role supports architects and designers across different stages of a project. Tasks may vary in this role wherein you have to wear multiple hats to carry out – drawings, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to real projects and is willing to learn by doing.
What We Value
Beside looking for perfect profiles. We look for people who:
- Take ownership of their work
- Communicate clearly
- Respect timelines and site realities
- Are willing to learn and ask questions
- Care about how things are actually built
How to Apply
If this sounds like the kind of place you want to work, share your CV and portfolio (if applicable), along with a short note about what you’re looking to learn or contribute. Relevant profiles are reviewed and shortlisted.
